What is the return policy?
We hope that you love all your purchases from Silk Haus but we do understand that sometimes you may need to make a return.
Online purchases are eligible for store credit only within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this time frame, your item will not be eligible for return.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. All original tags must be attached as well.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order.
Are any purchases final sale?
All sale items and Jewelry are final sale.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
